Our Logistics division brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in container hire, sales, and conversion, plus customs, freight, and warehousing support across Australia and Vietnam.

Our Team

Vesel Cela

Chief Executive Officer

Vesel Cela is a business and construction executive with more than 22 years of experience across property development, construction and project delivery in Australia.

As CEO of Australian Procurement Group, Vesel leads a procurement strategy built around sourcing the right building materials and construction technology for the demands of Australian projects. His deep, hands-on knowledge of the construction lifecycle means he can evaluate suppliers, materials and emerging construction technologies not just on cost, but on how they will actually perform on site — giving clients sourcing solutions that are commercially sound and genuinely fit for purpose.

His background spans the full property development and construction lifecycle, giving him a strong command of project delivery, supplier engagement and commercial execution — the foundation for the Group’s focus on connecting the right sourcing opportunities with the practical needs of Australian projects and businesses.

Tuyen Huynh

Chief Operating Officer

Gia Tuyen Huynh is an international logistics and trade executive with more than 20 years of experience across shipping, freight forwarding, supply chain management and cross-border commerce.

His career includes operational and management roles with P&O Nedlloyd and Maersk Line, followed by senior logistics management and the establishment of his own international logistics business in Vietnam. His experience spans international freight, container operations, warehousing, supplier management and cross-border supply chains.

As COO, Tuyen leads APG’s operational and supply chain capabilities, supporting international sourcing, supplier development and commercial relationships across Australia, Vietnam and the broader Asia-Pacific region. He holds a degree in Sea Transport Economics from Vietnam Maritime University.

Lana Hoang

Senior Industry Advisor

Lana Hoang is an experienced international business and commercial advisor with a background spanning cross-border investment, property development, commodities and international trade.

Earlier in her career, Lana practised as an Australian solicitor, advising developers, investors and international clients. This experience provides her with a strong understanding of commercial structures, transaction risk and the considerations involved in doing business across jurisdictions.

As Senior Industry Advisor to APG, Lana focuses on international business development, strategic partnerships and complex cross-border transactions, supporting the Group in developing commercial relationships and opportunities across Australia and international markets.

Brian K. Wilson

Senior Industry Advisor

Brian Wilson brings more than 20 years of experience in international trade, business development and project management, with particular expertise in agricultural imports and exports.

His experience spans agriculture, energy, environmental projects and technology, providing APG with practical insight into international sourcing, market development and cross-border trade.

As Senior Industry Advisor, Brian supports APG and its clients in identifying sourcing opportunities, developing import-export strategies and navigating the commercial and regulatory considerations associated with international trade, particularly across agricultural and commodity markets.

Hien Hoang

Chief Financial Officer

Hien Hoang is an experienced finance executive with a background in financial management, fund management and corporate operations across Australian financial services organisations, including experience with one of Australia’s largest investment management firms.

As CFO of Australian Procurement Group, Hien oversees the Group’s financial management and supports financial planning, commercial decision-making, governance and sustainable business growth.

She is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance.

Brooke Cheak

Senior Industry Advisor

Brooke Cheak is a specialist in the health, pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors, with particular expertise in healthcare procurement and strategic sourcing. She brings strong industry insight and a practical understanding of complex healthcare supply chains, supporting organisations to identify, evaluate and procure innovative products, technologies and solutions.

With a focus on quality, commercial value and effective supplier relationships, Brooke works across the health ecosystem to connect organisational needs with trusted pharmaceutical, med-tech and healthcare solutions.
